DUSTIN ROTHBART

(CO-ARTISTIC DIRECTOR & CASTING DIRECTOR, FOUNDER)

Dustin is a native Chicagoan hailing from the north shore suburbs. For Blank, Dustin directed Songs for a New World: in Concert and appeared as Georg in Spring Awakening. His favorite acting credits include: 25th…Spelling Bee, Funny Girl (Madkap Productions); The History Boys (Eclectic Full Contact Theatre); Hair, Ragtime (Big Noise Theatre); The Wedding (Red Theatre); Parade (Harper Ensemble Theatre); The Rocky Horror Show (Underscore Theatre Company). Additionally, Dustin has worked with Lifeline Theatre, Pride Films & Plays, Mary-Arrchie Theatre Co., Brightside Theatre, Citadel Theatre, Benevolent Theatre, and Jedlicka Performing Arts Center. Dustin is a graduate of the acting program at Illinois State University.

DANNY KAPINOS

(CO-ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, FOUNDER)

Danny Kapinos is a Chicago-based freelance director, music director, and accompanist. he recently directed blank theatre company’s inaugural production, spring awakening. he is a recent graduate of northwestern university, where directing credits include productions of my fair lady and tony Kushner’s Only We Who Guard the Mystery Shall Be Unhappy and credits as a music director include The Secret Garden, Women n the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Songs for a New World, and Elephant & Piggie’s We Are In a Play. He also works as an accompanist for Northwestern’s musical theatre certificate program.

AARON MANN

(MANAGING DIRECTOR, FOUNDER)

Aaron is an Ohioan that has traveled quite a few places before ending up in what he feels to be his true home, Chicago. Some of his favorite credits include Slide (Chicago Music Theater Festival), Oliver! (Citadel Theater), “Sir Robin” in Spamalot (WTC), and “Mr. Mushnik” in Little Shop of Horrors (WTC). Additionally, he’s also done multiple national recordings for Music Theatre International (MTI) in New York including Sweeney Todd, The Sound of Plaid, and Miss Saigon. Aaron is a graduate from Nebraska Wesleyan University with his BFA in Theatre Studies.

JACKIE MCCOLLOUGH

(DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT)

Jackie McCollough is a current student at Columbia College Chicago majoring in Arts Management. She primarily works in theatre administration and development and is incredibly excited to join the Blank team as Director of Development. Previous employment includes Cuckoo’s Theatre Project (Chicago, IL), Great River Shakespeare Festival (Winona, MN), Collaboraction Theatre Company (Chicago, IL), and Glimmerglass Opera (Cooperstown, NY). Jackie loves traveling for her work and meeting new and exciting people along the way.

NICK MCKENZIE

(MARKETING DIRECTOR)

Nick McKenzie is a native Chicagoan who studied Business & Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He spends his days crafting websites, analyzing data, and creating digital content to help build organic relationships between organizations and individuals. Additionally, he has managed promotion distribution for Steppenwolf, Broadway in Chicago, Looking Glass, and many more theatres in the Chicago-area. He’s excited to be a part of Blank Theatre Company and is looking forward to adding his vision to the mix.

CLAIRE LATOURETTE

(COMPANY MEMBER, FOUNDER)

A recent graduate of The Chicago College of Performing Arts, some of her favorite credits include Legally Blonde (Elle Woods) and Hair (The Tribe). This past fall she was seen in BTC's inaugural show of Spring Awakening (Ilse), and in Porchlight Music Theatre's edition of "New Faces Sing Broadway 1964." Upcoming projects include Bonnie & Clyde (Bonnie) with MadKap Productions, and A Day In Court with City Lit Theater Company. Endless love and gratitude to her supportive family and friends.
